1951 GMC 100

Power steering | custom door cards | pro built 500 horsepower 468 big block ** No canadian luxury tax ** For many years, top builders have been applying the pro-touring treatment to their high-end builds. Camaros, chevelles, novas and corvettes being the typical candidates for big money builds that have it all. In the last few years though, cutting edge builders are putting that expertise to work on vehicles with decidedly less sporting credentials -- trucks. This 1951 gmc 100 is a perfect example of what a top-notch builder puts together when the want to stand out from the crowd and turn some heads. It ticks all the same boxes that a lot of other pro-touring cars do; 500 horsepower big block power, tubular suspension components, billet coilovers, big brakes and high attention to detail throughout. However, the look, the stance and the style of this gmc ensures that it sill never blend into a sea of traditional muscle. On the outside, you get an idea of the muscular nature of this truck, with the mile-deep onyx black paint giving this truck a classy, high end vibe. Hundred of extra hours were spent perfecting the body with show quality fitment and subtle modifications. Traditional bodywork tricks like frenched headlights compliment low-key mods like smoothed and reshaped fenders that combine to give this truck its taught, modern stance. Small details abound, from the laser-straight box rails to the custom rad support, to the expertly hidden wiring, and button-head stainless fasteners. No expense was spared in choosing components for this truck, with high end materials and parts used throughout, and over $180,000 invested by the builder. Brand new, and ready to drive and show, with less than 300 shakedown miles since it was built, this amazing truck is ready to be the perfect companion on the road or on the car show circuit, with plenty of room in the box to haul trophies home! This vehicle is presented by sherwood motorcars located at 155-3001 buckingham drive, sherwood park, ab t8h 0x5.
