1956 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe DeVille

This 1956 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe de Ville underwent refurbishment work that was completed in 2019 and involved a repaint in two-tone blue with a white roof as well as a refresh of the blue-and-white interior. The 365ci V8 is topped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and is linked to a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. The car was previously listed on BaT in November of 2023 and was acquired by the seller later that month. Subsequent work involved rebuilding the power steering pump, repairing the odometer, and replacing ignition components. The car rides on 15″ steel wheels and has power-assisted brakes, chrome bumpers, and rear fender skirts along with power windows and a push-button radio. This Series 62 Coupe de Ville is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. Refinished in two-tone blue with a white roof under prior ownership, the car is equipped with “Dagmar” front bumper guards, a gold grille and emblems, a winged hood ornament, a wrap-around front windshield, a remote-operated driver-side mirror, and rear fender skirts. The dual-outlet exhaust exits through the rear bumper. Custom chrome accents modified from 1956 Cadillac trim pieces were added to the hood and fenders during the refurbishment. The turn signals and power antenna do not work, and imperfections around the car are noted.
