1956 Chevrolet Nomad 4-Speed

This 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad was modified in the 1990s with the installation of a 327ci V8 and a four-speed manual transmission. Finished in turquoise and ivory over teal vinyl, the car is equipped with triple carburetors, 15″ chrome wheels, front disc brakes, and an aftermarket steering wheel, shifter, and gauges. Service in October 2026 included changing the oil, cleaning the carburetors, and replacing the battery and ignition components. This Nomad is now offered on dealer consignment by a BaT Local Partner in Delaware with a Montana title. The car left the factory finished in Twilight Turquoise and India Ivory (710) and was repainted in the 1990s. Exterior details include hooded headlights, dual chrome mirrors, a fuel filler concealed above the left taillight, chrome bumpers and trim, and dual exhaust outlets.
