I've never seen instruments with a water line on them. Condensation? Sure. But not a water line. There are no sign of the car being flooded that I can tell. The window and hardtop seal are dry rotted so that may have cause water or moisture to get into the cluster . You can see the water in the door panels , the gauges were full of water hence why the motor won’t turn over. If you tackle this project you’re going to need real money. Nothing on these is cheap. Without seeing it in person I’d say for me it’s close to the reserve price. I’ll try to come and see it but the more I look the more I think it was flooded and I’m. Sure someone claimed it on insurance.
