1959 Porsche 356A Cabriolet

This 1959 Porsche 356A cabriolet was acquired by the current owner in the 1990s and was repainted its current shade of blue around that time. It is powered by a replacement 1.6-liter flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle, and equipment includes a black soft top, 15″ ventilated steel wheels, a removable metal hardtop, and bucket seats. This 356A cabriolet is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, partial service records, a disassembled metal removable hardtop with a rear window, a toolroll, and Georgia registration in the owner’s name. This example came finished from the factory in Meissen Blue and was repainted a different shade of blue in the 1990s. A 356C wiper motor assembly has been installed, and features include a black soft top, a chrome driver-side mirror, vent windows, and body-color bumpers. The seller notes signs of prior rust repairs in the doors and floors along with areas of lifting paint and other issues shown in the gallery. The removable metal hardtop is missing the rear window and requires paint.
