1961 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible

This 1961 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible represents the perfect intersection of Harley Earl’s iconic tailfin era and Bill Mitchell’s cleaner design direction. With only 67,927 original miles, this White-over-Black convertible showcases authentic Jet Age luxury in exceptional condition. Under the hood sits Cadillac’s legendary 390 cubic inch V8 producing 325 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, paired with GM’s smooth Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. The Series 62 featured Cadillac’s refined “skeg” rear styling for 1961, toning down the wild fins of 1959 while maintaining unmistakable presence. This convertible displays the full complement of period luxury appointments including power-assisted steering, full chrome trim, and Cadillac’s signature ride quality. The clean White exterior and Black interior create a timeless color combination perfect for shows, parades, or weekend cruising. VIN 61F128085 confirms authentic 1961 production.
