1961 Chevrolet Corvette Base

This 1961 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in white over a red interior and is equipped with both a matching red removable hardtop and a black convertible soft top. Powered by a 283 cubic-inch V8 backed by a desirable 4-speed manual transmission and a 3.36 rear axle, it delivers the classic driving experience that made the C1 Corvette an American icon. According to the previous owner, the engine features a mild performance build including 462 cylinder heads, a 3794129 intake manifold, a balanced and blueprinted rotating assembly, and a solid-lifter cam. The odometer shows 130,000 miles, which are believed to be original by the previous owner. This Corvette presents as a very honest driver-quality example with a solid, rust-free chassis. It has been recently repainted and is ready to be enjoyed. The rare factory hardtop remains in very good condition, while the black soft top will require replacement.
