A couple of years ago, I bought my “dream car” (an R129 SL600) from him, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. He’s a true Benz enthusiast with some of the finest examples you’ll find anywhere in the world. I had the chance to see this W121 in person about a year ago—it’s every bit as gorgeous as it looks here. My only regret is not having the resources to scoop up everything he is wiling to part with. This is a rare opportunity - whoever ends up with this car will be very fortunate to purchase one of his cars. And if you ever decide to part with it down the road, please remember this comment—I’d love the opportunity to take another shot at it. I better get back to work! @refusedname - I'm still loving the SL, though I’ll admit the W140 often wins the key battle on my way out the door. I hope you are doing well and GLWA!
