1963 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible

This custom 1963 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a GM Performance Connect and Cruise 6.2-liter LS3 525hp V-8 engine paired with a 4L75E four-speed automatic transmission and a Strange Engineering third member with 3.70 gears. The engine features a Vintage Air front-runner accessory drive system. The car rides on an Art Morrison chassis with Strange Engineering aluminum coilover shocks that are fully adjustable for ride height. Braking is handled by Wilwood 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. The exterior is finished in PPG Ice Silver Metallic with a Galaxy Silver Metallic Stinger hood stripe and PPG high-solids clearcoat. It rolls on custom-built Schott Performance 18-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels wrapped in Hankook red-line tires. Additional exterior features include a silver/gray Stayfast convertible top, LED lighting, a linear hood opener, and refurbished chrome and stainless-steel trim. The interior is upholstered in deep burgundy leather with black double-stitched accents and gray German-weave carpeting. Equipment includes a Vintage Air Gen V Super Cooler system, Classic Instruments gauges, an Autosound radio and a Shiftworks shifter. The professional restoration was completed in 2023.
