Description
This custom 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split-Window Coupe is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V-8 engine mated to a dry sump system with a new GM 4L75E four-speed automatic transmission and a heavy-duty Positraction rear axle connected by a custom Pem Racing driveshaft. This Corvette engine comes from a 2017 Covette Z06/3LZ and also features additional 2017 Z06/3LZ enhancements. The engine compartment is smoothed and painted to match the body with a custom firewall, aluminum radiator with an upgraded fan and an Optimum battery. It also features a custom Borla exhaust system. It rides on an SRIII tube chassis with adjustable shocks, leveling springs, rack-and-pinion power steering and rear wheel tubs. Stopping is provided by Corvette Z06 power disc brakes. The exterior is finished in Porsche Midnight Navy and features new glass and moldings, electrically operated headlights and hood, and new custom Schott Split-Window wheels with Continental tires. The custom beige leather interior features custom high-back bucket seats, matching door panels with blue trim, carpeting, engine-turned dashboard detailing, custom gauges and a custom Ididit steering column with a custom steering wheel. Additional equipment includes a Vintage Air system with heat, power windows, a custom radio with a wireless remote and hidden satellite antenna, and a new custom wiring harness. The build was completed October 2026.
