This is the first Galaxie I have owned and the bigger family style classics are not my typical style but the elegance of this Black over red color combo paired with the recently rebuilt V8 engine and super rare option & sporty 4-speed manual transmission has me very excited to own this one! This car fires up with the touch of the key and sounds fantastic with plenty of PEP! A local machine shop just rebuilt the entire engine with no expenses spared, everything is new, they even balanced the bottom end rotating assembly. Black paint on a classic is usually tough because of the years of previous bodywork or just lower quality jobs you usually see. That is NOT the case with this paint job, the body is laser straight and the paint is deep and glossy, a VERY above average paint job. The interior is just as nice and honestly appears to be mostly original fabric and material just exceptionally well kept. We have inspected the underside and there are no rust issues, the floor and trunk pans appear to be original as well. This is a very solid Southern car that you can hop in, hit the key & enjoy right off the rip. I can assure you the quality of this car will have you catching attention everywhere you go in it!
