1964 Pontiac GTO Hardtop Coupe 4-Speed

This 1964 Pontiac GTO was sold new by Steiner Pontiac of Pasadena, California, and was acquired by the owner on BaT in February 2022 . Subsequent work performed by Larry’s Rod Shop of Redmond, Washington, consisted of removing the 389ci, completing machine work, reassembly, and dyno-tuning the motor. The car was refinished in white over red vinyl upholstery during refurbishment work completed under prior ownership. Details include Tri-Power induction, a four-speed M20 manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, a fender-mounted side mirror, a push-button AM radio, a Hurst shifter, a center console, and front bucket seats. This GTO is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a reproduction window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, Pontiac Historic Service documents, historical records, and a Washington state title in the owner’s name. Finished from the factory in Cameo Ivory (C), and the body was removed from the frame during the aforementioned refurbishment before being repainted. Exterior details include a fender-mounted mirror, simulated hood scoops, quad slash-cut exhaust outlets, and chrome bumpers, window surrounds, and lower side moldings.
