Vehicle Description 1965 Chevrolet Corvette $80,965 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster, Nassau Blue, 327/350 HP, 4-Speed, Two Tops, Longtime Ownership! This is a very special 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster with fantastic history, gorgeous colors, and the kind of equipment that makes a mid-year Corvette truly exciting to own and drive. We acquired this Corvette from its longtime Central Florida owner, who had owned the car since 1978 nearly five decades of ownership! The car is showing 79,574 miles, which are believed to be original. Finding a mid-year Corvette with this kind of long-term ownership history is becoming increasingly difficult. This Corvette is finished in stunning Nassau Blue Metallic, represented by Paint Code 900FF. The car has received a newer, high-end paint job, and the Nassau Blue absolutely comes alive across the unmistakable lines of the 1965 Corvette body. The paint is beautiful and presents this Roadster exceptionally well. Even better, this Corvette comes with TWO TOPS! It includes a matching Blue Painted Hardtop as well as a White Convertible Soft Top, giving you two completely different looks depending on the occasion. The interior is equally impressive, featuring a beautiful Blue Vinyl Interior corresponding with Trim Code 414. The interior has been renewed and presents extremely well, creating a gorgeous blue-on-blue combination with the Nassau Blue exterior. Under the hood is a NOM 327 cubic-inch V8 in the desirable 350-horsepower L79 configuration, backed by a 4-Speed Manual Transmission. The combination of a strong-running small-block Chevrolet V8 and a 4-speed manual is exactly what you want in a classic Corvette Roadster. And this Corvette certainly has the right look! It rides on classic Knock-Off Wheels surrounded by Whitewall Tires and features Side-Pipe Exhaust, giving it an incredible stance and that unmistakable Corvette sound. A considerable amount of recent mechanical work has also been completed. The car has All-New Brakes along with numerous other recent mechanical improvements, helping make this a Corvette that can be driven and enjoyed rather than simply admired in a collection.
