1965 Chevrolet El Camino 355 V8, Turbo 350, Music Video History, Very Solid Car

Vehicle Description 1965 Chevrolet El Camino $29,965 1965 Chevrolet El Camino, 355 V8, Turbo 350, Music Video History, Very Solid Car This 1965 Chevrolet El Camino is a very cool example with the right combination of classic styling, upgraded V8 power, strong road manners, and a little bit of celebrity history that makes it even more interesting. Under the hood is a 355 cubic inch V8 engine that was professionally rebuilt by a shop in Winter Springs, Florida. It runs strong and is paired with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear end, creating a proven drivetrain combination that is both enjoyable to drive and easy to live with. The car was recently taken on a long drive with no issues, which speaks well to its overall mechanical condition and drivability. This is not just a car that looks good sitting still it is a classic that can actually be used and enjoyed. The exterior features newer paint completed by Sick Wips. The finish presents very well overall and gives the El Camino a sharp, clean appearance, although it is not perfect and does have some blemishes upon close inspection. We would describe it as a very nice driver-quality finish rather than a flawless show-car paint job. Inside is a clean black bench seat interior that keeps the cabin looking simple, classic, and period-correct. The car also features a sport steering wheel and a tilt steering column, adding a little extra comfort and style behind the wheel. Power brakes further improve drivability, making this El Camino a great choice for cruising, car shows, weekend trips, or simply enjoying on a nice day. The body is very solid, and the undercarriage is clean, giving the car the kind of foundation buyers look for in a classic of this age. Adding to its story, this El Camino was also used in a music video featuring country singers Lee Brice and Jerrod Niemann, giving it a fun piece of entertainment history that helps separate it from the average classic El Camino. This is a very appealing classic for someone who wants the unmistakable style of a mid-1960s Chevrolet with the practicality of an El Camino, a strong rebuilt V8, comfortable drivability, and a unique story to go along with it.
