1965 Chevrolet Impala Sedan

This 1965 Chevrolet Impala four-door sedan was sold new from Hein Chevrolet-Pontiac in Fredericksburg, Texas, and is said to have remained with its first owner for nearly five decades. The car was acquired by the seller on BaT in March 2026 , and work under previous ownership involved the installation of a 350ci V8 crate engine along with a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission and 3.36:1 differential gears. A power steering conversion was also installed as part of work performed in 2014 along with power-assisted front disc brakes, 2″ front drop spindles, and 17″ Cragar alloy wheels. Other details include beige paintwork, bench seats trimmed in brown vinyl and cloth upholstery, and a Vintage Air climate control system. This four-door Impala is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a Protect-O-Plate, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The body is finished in beige and features chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors, and chrome lower-body moldings. The windshield was replaced in December 2025. The deck lid and left-front fender were repaired and refinished under prior ownership, and spots of checking and flaking paint are noted along with chips, scratches, and other blemishes. The front and rear emblems were replaced following the seller’s acquisition.
