1965 Ford Mustang Base

This 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback is a desirable C-Code example finished in its factory Rangoon Red over a matching red standard vinyl interior. Built at the San Jose assembly plant and scheduled for production on August 27, 1964, it retains its original factory configuration with a 289ci V8 rated at 210 horsepower, a C4 automatic transmission, and a 2.80:1 conventional rear axle.

Factory-equipped with the Rally-Pac instrumentation and center console, the car has also been upgraded with front disc brakes for improved drivability. According to the previous owner, it has never been involved in an accident and retains all of its original sheet metal, with no body panels replaced or repaired. It is also reported to be completely rust-free, including the floors, frame rails, rockers, trunk, and shock towers.
