1965 Innocenti Spider S

Vehicle Description 1965 Innocenti Spider $25,000 Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to present this 1965 Innocenti Spider S, a rare Italian-built roadster finished in a red exterior over a black leather interior. Manufactured by Innocenti of Milan, the Spider S is an uncommon sight, particularly in the United States, where examples rarely come to market. Its limited production and low survival numbers have made it a difficult car to find today, giving collectors the opportunity to own a sports car that stands apart from the more familiar British and German roadsters of the era. Power comes from an 1,100cc inline-four engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The lightweight construction and manual gearbox provide a direct driving experience that reflects the character of European sports cars of the 1960s. Whether navigating city streets or enjoying a winding back road, the Spider S offers responsive handling and an engaging connection between driver and machine. The compact dimensions and convertible body style make this Innocenti well-suited for weekend drives, local car shows, or adding a unique European classic to a collection. Inside, the black leather interior provides a clean contrast against the red exterior. The straightforward dashboard layout keeps the controls within easy reach, while the leather bucket seats offer a comfortable place to enjoy the drive. The simple, driver-focused cabin reflects the design philosophy of the era, emphasizing functionality without unnecessary distractions. With its red exterior, black leather interior, 1,100cc inline-four engine, 4-speed manual transmission, and distinctive Italian styling, this 1965 Innocenti Spider S represents a unique chapter in European automotive history and offers collectors the opportunity to own one of the rarest and least commonly seen Italian sports cars of the 1960s.
