1965 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible 383

This 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury convertible was purchased new by a family member of the seller. Powered by a 383ci V8 linked with a three-speed automatic transmission, the vehicle is finished in red with a power-operated white convertible top over black vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes spinner-style wheel covers, power brakes, power steering, a power-adjustable driver seat, a center console, power windows, an AM radio, a power antenna, and aftermarket cruise control. The suspension, brakes, carburetor, and exhaust system were overhauled in 2016. This Sport Fury is now offered with service records, a framed advertisement, and a Colorado title in the seller’s name. The car is one of 6,272 Sport Fury convertibles built for the model year and is finished in Ruby (P). Exterior details include a power-operated white convertible top, stacked round headlights, a hood ornament, electric windshield wipers, dual side mirrors, a power antenna, front vent windows, bright trim, and rear fender skirts. The chrome bumpers are augmented by a front-bumper height extender and rear overriders. The seller notes chips and scratches in the paint.
