1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 Convertible

This 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 convertible was repainted in red approximately 20 years ago, according to the seller, who purchased the car in 2022. Power is provided by a 396ci V8 linked to a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear end, and the car has power steering as well as power-assisted front disc brakes. The power-operated soft top was recovered under prior ownership, and the interior was re-trimmed with red vinyl on the bench seats. Additional equipment includes a cassette radio, an HEI distributor, a Quadrajet carburetor, and chrome-finished 15″ Rally wheels. This SS 396 convertible is now offered with a removable top boot, recent service records, and a California title in the seller’s name.
