Description
-Purchased in 2010 as a running and driving Series 100 original 283 with a powerglide. Over the next 3 ½ years I tore down and rebuilt everything front to back. The long block, transmission, shifter, and rear end are all seasoned parts, everything else is NEW or custom fabricated, I've got over 3000 hours of labor, and receipts for over $22,000 in parts (That's 2010-2012 money, today that would be more than $35k). You really must review the build pictures to get an idea of HOW MUCH WORK has gone into this car. - The engine was fired up and the camshaft broken in (see vids). It currently runs and (technically) drives (I have driven it in and out of the garage, and in/out of trailers), although the brakes are not hooked up. It has been stored inside and started regularly over the last 10 years. -Here you will find a gallery with pictures of the car today, over 450 pictures of the build, and photos of all the parts that go with the car. https://lightroom.adobe.com/shares/cbde28f24f444c718b0086ac1a9974d9 -Here are a couple of videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEJ0JqVRaJwo • Seasoned 1969 350 2-Bolt Short Block w/Reman #441 Heads (76cc) • Comp Cam & Lifters, Edelbrock Carb and Intake, MSD Distributor, Roller Tip Rockers, Etc. • Seasoned M20 Wide Ratio 4-Speed w/Hurst Competition Plus Shifter • Church Brothers Racing Manual Rack and Pinion Kit w/Tubular Upper and Lower Control Arms, and “I-did-it” Tilt Steering Column • Ride Tech "AirBar" Rear Suspension Kit • Ride Tech Shockwave Single Adj Airbag Shocks w/3 Gal Control System • 16"x7" US Wheel Rallyes (tires only good for rolling around) • American Autowire Classic Update Complete Wiring Harness • Original (non-posi) 10 Bolt (3.30 ish ratio)
