1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible L36 427/390 4-Speed

This 1966 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was delivered to Circle Chevrolet in Red Bank, New Jersey, in October 1965, and the seller tells us that it remained in the state until their in October 2024. Subsequent work consisted of removing the body from the frame, refinishing the exterior in Mosport Green, refurbishing the cabin, overhauling the suspension and chassis, and cleaning and rebuilding the 427ci L36 V8. The car earned NCRS Chapter Top Flight and National Top Flight awards in 2025 and 2026, respectively. Equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, a Positraction differential, a white soft top, a removable body-color hardtop, black vinyl upholstery, 15″ steel wheels with faux knock-off covers, four-wheel disc brakes, a heater, and an AM/FM radio. The fiberglass body was finished at the factory in Mosport Green (982) and refinished during the early 1980s, while the seller notes corrective paintwork in 2025. Exterior details include a body-color removable hardtop, a replacement white soft top, a domed hood, flip-up headlights, chrome bumpers, fender vents, Soft Ray tinted glass, a driver-side mirror, a retractable antenna, and replacement emblems, hood grilles, rocker panel trim, and exhaust bezels.
