Description
This 1966 Lincoln Continental custom convertible is powered by an LS2 engine paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and fuel injection with a dedicated fuel tank. It features dual exhaust with Borla mufflers and electric cutouts, a StrongArm air-ride front suspension, custom four-link rear suspension and self-leveling three-level air ride system with two compressors and one EVT tank. The cooling system includes an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, and the power steering gearbox is new. Stopping power is handled by a hydro-boost brake booster with a Baer brake master cylinder. The body received a complete Gray Metallic paint job with reworked chrome bumpers and stainless trim, as well as replaced weatherstripping. It rides on new black powder-coated Detroit Steel wheels with stainless trim and center caps, wrapped in new Diamond Back 245/40/20 whitewall tires. The power windows and power convertible top were serviced by John Cashman. The full custom leather interior features power front bucket seats, an Ididit tilt steering column with push-button start, Dakota Digital gauge cluster, Vintage Air climate control and an electric wiper motor conversion. A custom center console houses a Bluetooth-capable JL Audio sound system with a subwoofer, four 6.5-inch speakers and door speakers.
