1966 Volkswagen Beetle

This 1966 Volkswagen Beetle spent time in Washington and was restored under previous ownership before the current owner’s acquisition in 2015. Finished in Bahama Blue over Cream vinyl, the car is powered by an air-cooled 1.5L flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a 12-volt electrical system, a single Solex carburetor, an electric fuel pump, drum brakes, pop-out rear quarter windows, chrome bumpers, a cabin heater, crank windows, and a Pioneer CD stereo. This Beetle is offered on dealer consignment with a Kansas title. The body was refinished during the restoration in Bahama Blue (L519). Exterior details include a driver-side mirror, quarter vent windows, pop-out rear quarter windows, Euro-spec taillights, and chrome bumpers with overriders. Corrosion is noted on the underside of the hood near the latch.
