Vehicle Description 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle $74,900 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle finished in iconic Marina Blue over a fresh matching vinyl interior, this 1967 Chevelle combines classic SS-era muscle car presence with serious modern performance. The exterior shows a deep gloss that really sets off the timeless '67 lines, while the cabin has been completely renewed with new seat upholstery, carpeting, door panels, and headliner for a crisp, just-restored feel. Under the hood, a Merkel-built 400 ci small-block, .030 over and dyno-proven at about 575 hp, features high-flow heads and 11.5:1 compression, yet is tuned to run on premium pump gas in normal driving. For those wanting even more, a 175 hp nitrous system is already installed, with gauges and lines plumbed to the engine, requiring race fuel when the spray is used. Power is sent through a new heavy-duty clutch and pressure plate into the desirable M21 close-ratio 4-speed, feeding a stout 12-bolt rear with 3.73 gears and heavy-duty Holland axles with wheel studs, a classic high-horsepower GM muscle combination. Polished aluminum wheels complete the stance, giving the car a clean, aggressive Pro-Street look. As the final year of the first-generation Chevelle body style, Marina Blue 4-speed cars enjoy strong collector interest, and this example's professionally built, dyno-proven engine and upgraded driveline deliver performance that far surpasses original SS396 big-block ratings while preserving the collectible character of a true '67 Chevelle.
