1967 Chevrolet Corvette

DescriptionThis is an exceptionally nice, complete numbers matching car with very low miles and is a turn-key that is ready to show and drive. It lived its entire life in the Carolinas until it was purchased by a collector in Wisconsin in 2017. At that time it underwent a total frame on restoration consisting of complete paint, new interior and top. Rally Red with black interior are the correct colors and it was driven very little since the restoration. The car is a L79 350 HP 327 but for appearance purposes, during the restoration the owner added a FACTORY GM Stinger hood, but for authenticity, kept the original small block hood which was also painted with the rest of the car. Certainly the ‘67 Cnvt with a big block hood and side pipes has to be one of the best looking (and sounding) cars ever produced. Because this was a southern car, the frame is rust free. It has nice patina and retains basically all of its original factory components except the brake calipers and power assist which were replaced during the restoration. This car has not been NCRS judged, but is a good Top Flight candidate. It has the original owner’s manual and envelope, jack and lug wrench, correct DC wheels, T-3 Headlamps, ALL interior and exterior lights work including the instrument panel lights. The rear window was replaced but all other glass is original with proper date codes and markings. All keys and locks including the spare tire and glove box lock are correct and work properly. The AM/FM radio is a great looking re-pro with Bluetooth, everything else in the car is original and works such as, all gauges, tach, speedometer, trip meter, clock, wipers and washers, cigarette lighter, directional and back up lights, emergency flashers, Lo/Hi beams, parking brake, power windows, power steering etc. Mechanically, the cold start up with fast idle is perfect and the engine runs flawless.
