It was stripped down and completely taken apart. The chassis was sandblasted and powder coated and then every nut, bolt and part was carefully replaced or rebuilt. As you can see, the chassis was so clean that the powder coat finish looks just as nice as the paint on the body panels. Every panel was removed and painted. Even the inner fenders were painted and look just as nice as the rest of the truck. The underneath of the cab was color-matched with bed liner and the entire cab and doors were lined with Dynomat. A new custom stained wood bed was installed and the interior was completely redone, including the rare "BUDDY BUCKET SEATS" that was powder coated and then reupholstered in vintage Mercedes-Benz upholstery. New door panels, arm rest, carpet, dash pad, headliner, gauges, etc.Mechanically the truck received the same attention to detail.
