1967 Ford Mustang Base

This 1967 Mustang was restored back in 1980. Used NOS 68 front fenders (sidemarker lights welded over), NOS rear quarters, NOS trunk lid, doors repaired I believe. Hood is to damaged to repair. Put into storage in 1986. Covered with a plastic sheet in a mostly weather tight shed. Moved to new garage in 2001 and plastic cover removed and has been garaged since. Was going to restore the car and it was disassembled in October 2021. Unfortunately as the car was disassembled it became apparent that it was more involved than what we were capable of doing. It needs a complete floor pan, inner & outer rocker panels, both front aprons and radiator support, and cowl assembly. Small dents in roof panel. The rear frame rails, torq boxes, & floor pans are rusted badly. The front fenders, doors, trunk lid are in very nice shape. Rear quarters can be saved I believe. Hood will need replaced. The roof rail areas have issues on both sides (see pictures) but I think can be repaired. Glass is intact and in good usable condition. All fastback interior components are present. Wiring harness is complete but will need to be inspected for any possible issues. No heater control assembly, ash tray assembly & rear view mirror.All bolts and screws that were removed were bagged and labeled from removal location. Inspection of the car is welcome. Car is sold as is. Magnum 500 wheels not included. $16,500 or best offer.
