Description
This 1967 Plymouth Barracuda convertible was sold new by Marsh & Groat of Ridgewood, New Jersey, in June 1967. A 340ci V8 was installed under prior ownership and is mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. The car is finished in blue over white vinyl upholstery, and equipment includes a power-retractable white soft top, Cragar 14″ wheels, power steering, front bucket seats, seatbelts, an Equus tachometer, and an Edelbrock carburetor. The seller purchased the vehicle in 2022. This Barracuda is now offered with an owner’s manual and a New Jersey title in the seller’s name. The Barracuda was separated from Plymouth’s Valiant line for 1967, and a convertible model was introduced. One of 4,228 Barracuda convertibles built for the model year, this car was finished from the factory in Light Blue metallic (DD1). It was repainted under prior ownership, and the power-retractable white convertible top has been replaced. Other exterior equipment includes twin inset grilles, bright hood inserts, dual side mirrors, side moldings, a flip-up fuel cap, dual exhaust outlets, and chrome bumpers. Rust is noted on the bumper, and chips and other imperfections are pictured in the gallery below.
