Description
1968 Chrylser Newport Convertible. It has a 6.3L V8 383cid, Chrysler Blue engine. Black paint, white leather seats. The seats are in real good shape. Only found one issue small tear in the backseat center. Power Brakes, newer tires. Well maintained. Not sure last time it had a tune up. Has a Holly Sniper carb system EFI-510 that is tuned correctly from what I can see. I purchased the car in March of 2026 with 43,517 miles on it. It now has 44,400 mles on it. Runs and drives great, has some get up and go to it. Car was well maintained before I owned it, previous owner had since 2019 I believe. Have the chrysler manual and owners manual. Engine bay is nice and clean the wires parts battery all look new. Selling the car because I can't afford it. Can setup a video call if you would like to see more of the car. Don't know to much about the history of the car. Previous owner owned it from 2019 and this owner installed the Holley Carb system in 2019. The paint job does show some flecks, chips, bubbles, web in some areas on different parts of the car. Still has a real nice shine to it when cleaned up. The passenger door, car paint does not appear to match the rest of the car. Not sure if that is the original passenger door or not. The front grill area inside by the lights, looks to be new silver metal. I have had no issues with it, and it has been a lot of fun, a lot of people compliment the car, how nice it looks, it looks like a mellow cruiser, but it can get up and go if you press the gas pedal. I had to add about a 1/4 of a Quart of oil to it when I first received the car. The top has no rips tears, it raises and lowers with ease and quickly. Only one button snap is missing. Wedged piece of cotton rear window drive side. Side window bracket had to tighten 3 screws. Touched up some of the small spots with touch up paint.
