Description
This 1968 Mercedes-Benz 250SL underwent a cosmetic refurbishment before being acquired by the current owner in 2013. It is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Papyrus White over blue MB-Tex. Equipment includes a blue convertible top, a blue removable hardtop, power steering, 14″ steel wheels with painted covers, and air conditioning. This W113 SL is now offered in Georgia on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner , with a Florida title. The W113 SL was designed by Friedrich Geiger, Béla Barényi, and Paul Bracq and was introduced to the public at the 1963 Geneva Motor Show. This example came finished from the factory in Papyrus White (717) and was repainted in 2012. Replacement headlights were also installed at that time, and the car features a blue soft top, a blue removable hardtop, a retractable antenna, and a driver-side mirror.
