Description
This custom 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is powered by a 427ci V-8 engine producing 500hp, paired with a five-speed Tremec manual transmission with a Hurst shifter and an Auburn limited-slip 12-bolt rear axle with 3.73:1 gearing. The engine features a forged-steel crankshaft, forged pistons, a competition package with a roller camshaft, lifters, pushrods, rocker arms and valve springs, along with stainless-steel valves, a 750-cfm Barry Grant Demon carburetor and MSD ignition. Stopping power is handled by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes with drilled, slotted and anodized rotors. The exterior is finished in PPG Pearl White basecoat/clearcoat paint and features a cowl-induction hood, a new black Haartz cloth convertible top and a matching black convertible boot cover. It rides on 18-inch Rally wheels fitted with newly installed Nitto NT555 tires. The cabin features houndstooth upholstery, a center console, Dakota Digital instrumentation, tilt power steering, power windows, Vintage Air climate control, an AM/FM/CD stereo, remote keyless entry and a power-operated trunk release. A comprehensive 3-inch documentation binder accompanies the vehicle and contains the original owner's manual, warranty booklet with Protect-O-Plate, original purchase invoice, build photographs, receipts, installation manuals and owner's guides.
