Description
This custom 1969 Chevrolet Camaro was built by Detroit Speed & Engineering and is powered by a 7.0-liter LS7 V-8 engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission with a Centerforce clutch. Engine components include Katech valve covers, an ATI Super Damper crank pulley, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and fuel rails, Street & Performance wiring harness, SPAL high-performance cooling fans, a C&R Racing/PWR aluminum radiator and Detroit Speed Driver One front accessory drive system. Sanderson ceramic-coated headers feed a custom exhaust with Borla mufflers. Chassis and suspension equipment include a Detroit Speed hydroformed subframe, subframe connectors, mini-tubs, QuadraLink rear suspension, front upper control arms, Koni shocks and a Detroit Speed fender brace kit. Stopping is handled by a Baer 14-inch Extreme+ front brake kit and 13-inch SS4+ rear brake kit with custom-tucked brake lines. The exterior is finished in blue with white stripes and features Detroit Speed billet hood hinges, a Selecta-Speed wiper kit and polished 18-inch Fikse Classic FM/5S forged wheels fitted with 275/35R18 front and 335/30R18 rear Toyo R888R tires. The black leather interior features Recaro seats, a six-point roll cage, G-Force four-point harnesses, an Ididit steering column, Racepak IQ3 dash cluster, Alpine head unit, JL Audio amplifier and JL Audio speakers. A Vintage Air climate-control system is also installed. A binder is included showing numerous parts used and manuals.
