Vehicle Description 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, Real X77 Z/28, DZ 302, Muncie M21 4-Speed, 12-Bolt Posi This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 is a genuine X77 Z/28 finished in factory Color Code 61 Burnished Brown Poly with an Ivory bucket seat interior. It is a distinctive and desirable combination that stands out from the more commonly seen colors. Power comes from a period-correct DZ 302 V8 paired with a Muncie M21 4-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt Posi traction rear end with 3.31 gears. The car runs great and also features upgraded gauges. Overall, the Camaro presents well and is best described as a driver-quality example. The paint does have some very small bubbling on areas of the roof and B-pillar, along with a scratch on the fender. The trunk could also use cosmetic attention, and a nearby body shop has quoted approximately $425 to respray it. This is an appealing choice for someone who wants a real Z/28 with the right pedigree and drivetrain that can be driven and enjoyed rather than treated as a trailer queen.
