1969 Chevrolet CST 10

Factory CST 10 Shortbed Factory Black 350 V8 Automatic A/C All Power Offered here is an exceptionally well-optioned and beautifully presented 1969 Chevrolet CST/10 that seamlessly blends factory originality with tasteful modern upgrades. As a true Factory Custom Sport Truck, this C10 boasts a rare combination of original features and performance enhancements that make it an ideal candidate for both collectors and those who simply want to drive and enjoy a classic with modern comfort. This particular truck is a genuine short wheelbase 115-inch Fleetside C10, the most desirable configuration among classic Chevy pickups. Even more rare is its factory black-on-black color combination, a striking and timeless look that remains as sharp today as it did when it left the assembly line. The body still retains the factory-ordered body side moldings, a hallmark of the CST trim level, and is further enhanced by clean lines and a stance that exudes understated confidence. Under the hood, this Chevy now packs a modernized 5.7L LT1 V8 engine equipped with Sniper fuel injection, delivering both classic V8 rumble and improved drivability. Mated to a 200R4 4-speed automatic transmission, this truck cruises effortlessly whether around town or on the highway. Power steering and front disc brakes ensure handling and stopping power are on par with modern expectations. The addition of a rear sway bar adds stability and cornering confidence without sacrificing ride quality. Originally a factory air-conditioned truck, it has been upgraded with a modern compressor and converted to R134A, and yes—the A/C blows cold. Inside, the cabin is loaded with comfort features, including power windows, power locks, a tilt steering column, and Dakota Digital gauges set into a factory-style wood grain dash. Impressively, the power windows retain the use of the original window crank as the switch, preserving a period-correct look while offering modern convenience. A newer-style power cloth bench seat provides long-haul comfort, while an aftermarket AM/FM/CD player gives you music on the go without compromising the clean dash layout. The attention to detail continues throughout the truck's bed area, which features a durable bed mat, polished chrome bed rails, and a fitted bed cover to protect your cargo or preserve the clean presentation at a show. The fuel tank has been smartly relocated to the rear with an easy-access bed fill, freeing up cabin space and improving safety and aesthetics inside. Out back, dual exhaust with chrome tips completes the package with a perfect note of throaty muscle. Even the rear sliding window has been upgraded, offering better function and ventilation while keeping with the truck's overall classic look. All in all, this 1969 CST/10 stands as an excellent example of how to blend originality with upgrades, delivering the look and feel of a true vintage Chevy pickup with the comfort and reliability of a well-thought-out resto-mod. Whether you're hunting for a show-ready cruiser or a dependable weekend driver with classic style and modern amenities, this C10 checks all the boxes. It's the kind of truck you can be proud to park at a local car show, yet still take on a long drive with full confidence. A beautiful truck that's absolutely ready to enjoy.
