Description
This 1969 Honda CT70 Trail is an early-production “Silver Tag” model that was purchased by the seller in 2026 and subsequently underwent a refurbishment that included a repaint in Candy Ruby Red, re-chroming the brightwork, adjusting the valves, overhauling the carburetor, zinc-plating hardware, refinishing the 10″ three-piece wheels and additional components, and replacing the timing chain, battery, grips, cables, ignition switch, wiring harness, taillight lens, and side reflectors. Powered by a 72cc four-stroke single paired with a three-speed semi-automatic transmission, the bike is equipped with drum brakes, chrome fenders, twist-locking folding handlebars, an inverted fork with gaiters, and a black seat. This CT70 Trail is now offered in Texas at no reserve with a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC. The hollow T-bone frame, along with the fork, swingarm, chain guard, headlight bucket, and rear shock covers were refinished in Candy Ruby Red with Honda decals, and the bike’s hardware was zinc-plated under current ownership. The brightwork, exhaust, and headlight trim were re-chromed, the brightwork was polished, the engine was refinshed, and taillight lens and side reflectors were replaced during the aforementioned refurbishment. The two-up seat is trimmed in black, and the bike is further equipped with a side stand and chrome fenders.
