Description
This 1970 Pontiac GTO hardtop was purchased by the seller in 1997, reportedly from the second owner, and was refurbished under current ownership. It is finished in Polar White with 1969 Judge-style graphics over a black vinyl interior, and the 400ci block was built to 463ci by SD Performance of Chilliwack, British Columbia, with a forged rotating assembly, ported cylinder heads, and MSD Atomic fuel injection. The TH400 three-speed automatic is linked with a 10-bolt rear end with 3.23:1 gears, and other equipment includes cruise control, power steering, power front disc brakes, a hood-mounted tachometer, a center console, a Formula steering wheel, a remote-controlled side mirror, and 14″ Rally II wheels. This GTO hardtop is now offered with the owner’s manual, a car cover, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car left the factory finished in Polar White with a black Cordova roof, and the vinyl roof had been removed by the time the seller acquired the car in 1997. It was repainted in the factory shade in the mid-2010s, according to the seller, and 1969 Judge-style graphics have been applied. Exterior equipment includes a color-keyed Endura front bumper, a Ram Air hood, a hood-mounted tachometer, a rear wing, sport mirror housings, and bodyside accent stripes.
