1971 Austin Mini

1971 / 83 Austin Mini Metro Mark IV 2 Door Coupe This 1983 Austin Mini Metro Mark IV offers a rare and affordable opportunity to step into the classic car hobby. Finished in a cheerful Light Blue Metallic, it carries the unmistakable charm of a vintage British hatchback while remaining budget-friendly. The car is powered by a peppy 998cc inline-four paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, delivering just the right blend of simplicity and fun. Inside, the Gray cloth bucket seat interior remains clean and comfortable, giving it a straightforward yet inviting cabin. The Mini Metro rides on Ultralight 12-inch rims wrapped in Yokohama 165/60R12 tires, enhancing both its stance and drivability. Under the hood, an upgraded aluminum radiator has been fitted for improved reliability. The body shows well overall with only minor flaws and a chipped windshield noted in the photos, but that's part of what makes this car such an appealing entry-level option. It's a straightforward, enjoyable classic that allows you to join the hobby without breaking the bank, while still offering a quirky and uncommon piece of automotive history. This is a fun, easy-to-own vintage car that's perfect for someone wanting to get started in the collector world or simply enjoy a unique, stylish ride.
