1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Custom Coupe

This custom 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu is powered by a 575hp 6.2-liter LS3 V-8 BluePrint crate engine backed by a 4L60E automatic transmission with overdrive and a 3.73 Positraction 12-bolt rear end. The engine is equipped with a CVF Racing serpentine conversion system, scripted valve covers, an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, a new fuel tank with an in-tank electric fuel pump and braided fuel lines. New Jet Coated headers feed a new MagnaFlow stainless-steel exhaust system. The chassis features new Ridetech front and rear coilovers, upper and lower tubular control arms, oversized front and rear sway bars, and new Ridetech steering linkage with power steering. Stopping is handled by four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes with six-piston front and rear calipers, and slotted and cross-drilled rotors. The undercarriage features a painted frame. The exterior is finished in Ascot Blue with black SS stripes and features CVF Racing hood hinges, 20-inch Ridler wheels and low-profile tires. The new black bucket-seat interior features carpeting with soundproofing, trunk carpeting, RTX Dakota gauges, a new stereo, a Vintage Air climate-control system and an LED center console with a staple shifter.
