Vehicle Description 1971 Jeep M724 $12,500 1971 M724 Jeep Military Maintenance Truck – Ultra-Low Hours, Museum-Quality Survivor. If you're looking for something truly rare and untouched, this 1971 M724 Jeep maintenance truck is about as close to a time capsule as it gets. Finished in original military green with a restored green canvas interior, this truck has lived an incredibly preserved life. The odometer shows just 1,100 miles, and based on generator hours (only 14), actual mileage is estimated to be closer to 800 miles. This isn’t a restoration project—it’s an original survivor. Under the hood is the original 230 cubic inch inline 6-cylinder engine paired with a manual transmission, both in stock configuration. The engine bay, undercarriage, and trunk area remain original, further reinforcing the authenticity of this piece. What truly sets this M724 apart is its fully intact and unused maintenance equipment: Generator functions properly (operated via drivetrain as designed) Welder leads have never been used Torch setup is complete with tanks and accessories Winch has never been unspooled Additional highlights: Excellent condition canvas top All gauges, lights, horn, and wipers working properly Seatbelts equipped No power options (true to military spec) This truck wasn’t just lightly used—it was barely used. It represents a level of originality that’s nearly impossible to find today. Whether you're a collector, military enthusiast, or museum curator, this Jeep belongs in a serious collection. A true preservation piece that you simply won’t come across twice.
