1972 Mercedes-Benz 450SL Base

This attractive early 1972 Mercedes-Benz 450SL is finished in Signal Red with a Black leather interior and shows 68,660 miles. The car retains the desirable small-bumper appearance of the early R107s. It was recently repainted to a high standard using multiple layers of epoxy, paint and clear. Exterior attachments were removed during the repaint and the chrome was buffed, resulting in bright and shiny chrome. The interior is decent, with seats that have no rips or tears and the original Becker radio in the center console. The engine runs with good power and the automatic transmission shifts well. The spare tire area and underside appear solid. Both a Black convertible top and color-matching Red removable hardtop are included, and both are in good usable condition. Both electric windows are currently not working. The car also includes a spare wheel and some extra parts.
