1972 Plymouth Duster 408 Stroker

1972 Plymouth Duster 340 H code tribute with a pistol grip 4 speed. It has a new Blueprint 408 stroker motor that was installed last year and has under 1,000 miles on it. The motor runs off pump gas and produces 410 HP and 450 FT TQ (includes dyno sheet). This is a beautiful car with NO rust NO blisters and NO issues. This is a metal car and NOT a bondo bucket. Manual disk brakes, power steering and every thing works as it should except the e-brake (just needs the rear cable which we can take care of before shipping if needed). Paint is in excellent shape, very vibrant and laid nice and flat with no orange peel. You would be hard pressed to even find a handful of stone chips. NO scratches and NO dings. The body is super straight and the gaps are excellent. There is absolutely NO rust, rot or paint blisters on the car. The underneath is as clean as the body. Rock solid and there is no hack patch jobs or rust issues. The chrome and stainless is all in excellent shape. The shark-tooth grille is in excellent shape. The engine bay is beautiful, painted and presents very well. The trunk is also very clean and in excellent shape. The glass is all very nice, no scratches or hazing. The car contains what was known as the sizzler package which contained the rally wheels, body stripes, go-fast wing, blacked out hood stripes and scoop and so on (hood scoop is functional). This car is an absolute ROCKET. The 408 motor has a nice cam in it with a small lumpy idle, nothing crazy and sounds absolutely amazing. Again, the motor is new and comes with all paperwork and dyno sheet. The car has a few tasteful upgrades such as headers, Holley carburetor, Hotchkis front and rear heavy duty sway bars and so on. The motor is obviously super healthy, fires right up, idles perfect, runs cool with great oil pressure. No smoke and no weird noises. SOUNDS AMAZING! The transmission has a newer clutch and pressure plate, great grabbing point and no slipping. This car is an absolute delight to drive, it will eat GM big blocks all day long. The interior is in excellent shape, no issues and everything works as it should. Beautiful upholstery, nice carpet and headliner. No rips and no cracks. The car has been gone through from front to back and needs nothing, it is 100% ready to go to a new home and enjoyed. This car runs and drives beautiful and again, its an absolute blast to drive. Super tight car, goes straight down the road, no rattles or shimmy’s and it will brakes straight without pulling side to side. No vibrations just a crazy fast and powerful car. The car has a 8 and 1/4 rear end. Tires and the rally wheels are all new as of last summer. These A-body cars are getting harder and harder to find, don’t miss out on this Mopar classic! 207-400-5326
