1973 Ford Gran Torino

Vehicle Description 1973 Ford Gran Torino $28,000 Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is proud to present this 1973 Ford Gran Torino. Finished in a striking copper metallic exterior accented by a black vinyl top and complemented by a rich brown vinyl interior, this Gran Torino captures the bold styling and unmistakable presence that made these full-size Fords icons of the 1970s. Under the hood sits Ford's respected 351 Cleveland V8 engine paired with a smooth-shifting 3-speed automatic transmission. Enhancing the performance of this classic is a roller cam upgrade. Unlike a traditional flat-tappet camshaft, a roller cam utilizes roller lifters that reduce friction within the valvetrain. This design can improve durability, provide smoother operation, and help maximize the engine's efficiency and performance potential. It's a desirable upgrade that many enthusiasts appreciate for both reliability and drivability. The copper metallic finish gives this Gran Torino a warm, sophisticated appearance that stands out from the crowd, while the black vinyl top adds a touch of period-correct luxury. Inside, the brown vinyl interior provides a comfortable and inviting cabin that perfectly complements the exterior color combination. The overall presentation of this vehicle reflects the care and pride of ownership it has received throughout its life. Comfort and convenience are enhanced with factory-style features including air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes. A Kenwood aftermarket stereo deck has been added to provide modern audio functionality while preserving the classic cruising experience that makes these cars so enjoyable. Whether you're a Ford enthusiast, a collector of 1970s American classics, or simply someone looking for a distinctive cruiser, this Gran Torino delivers style, comfort, and V8-powered performance in one attractive package. Its combination of desirable features, upgraded engine components, and eye-catching color scheme makes it a vehicle that is sure to earn compliments wherever it goes. This is the kind of classic that turns heads at local car shows and makes every drive feel like a special occasion. 1973 Ford Gran Torino is listed by our Houston Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
