1973 Ford Mustang

Introduced for the 1971 model year, the Mustang received a longer, wider body and revised styling designed in part to accommodate Ford's broad selection of powertrain options. For ‘73, the final year of the original Mustang generation, federally mandated impact regulations brought a revised urethane front bumper, while the model continued to offer numerous appearance and comfort features. As the last convertible produced before the introduction of the downsized Mustang II for 1974, the 1973 model represents the closing chapter of the first-generation Mustang.

Reportedly acquired by the seller from the original owner in 2023, this 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible is powered by a 351ci Cleveland V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Refinished and reupholstered circa 2023 in factory Medium Bright Yellow over a white and black vinyl interior, the car is equipped with a replacement black convertible top, power steering, and 14-inch steel wheels with lug covers and beauty rings.

This 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible is now offered with a spare white convertible top, a boot cover, and a clean Missouri title in the seller’s name.
