1973 Volkswagen Type 2 Kombi

This 1973 Volkswagen Type 2 was the subject of a refurbishment in Brazil in 2022 and imported to the US by the selling dealer in 2023. It was refinished in blue and white following the installation of roof windows and a retractable cloth sunroof, while the interior was retrimmed in white vinyl and wood veneer panelling. Powered by a 1.3-liter flat four linked to a four-speed manual transaxle, the van features 14″ steel wheels with polished hubcaps, front Safari windows, and dual right-side cargo doors in addition to a push-button radio, JBL speakers, a television, a refrigerator, and an L-shaped rear bench. This Type 2 T1 is offered by the selling dealer with refurbishment books and a clean Ohio title. During the aforementioned refurbishment, the van was stripped, and eight roof windows were installed along with a retractable cloth sunroof prior to a repaint in blue and white. It features red-accented beltline trim, front Safari window, dual side mirrors, and white bumpers.
