Description
If you purchase a vehicle in a different country to your own, it may be subject to local duties, sales taxes, or environmental levies when imported. You may find this introductory guide helpful, and our team is also here to help. However, you must investigate any duties or taxes that may be due on top of the purchase price before committing to buy. KEY FACTS This Plymouth 'Cuda is an extensively modified example of the iconic American muscle car, presented in a vivid red finish. It is now powered by a retrofitted and heavily upgraded 7.2-litre (440ci) Magnum V8, driving the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission. First registered in 1974, this example was supplied within the US, and is now registered in the Netherlands. The odometer shows 53,177 miles, though this is not warranted. EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES This is a high-performance version of the famous model line, correctly badged 'Cuda, rather than the standard Barracuda models. It is finished in vivid red paint over a black interior. Extensive modifications and equipment include a heavily customised 440ci V8 Magnum (block from 1970) with forged TWR pistons, a high-pressure oil pump, ported and polished 906 heads, double valve springs, a HEMI oil pan, windage tray, 0.500 lift Comp camshaft, hardened seats, Chromoly pushrods, an 800cfm Holley carburetor, Weiand intake, K&N air filter, complete MSD ignition, TTI headers, polished water pump and alternator, and Mopar valve covers as well as other upgrades. The 727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission is fitted with a TCI high-performance cooler, Mopar Performance extra-deep chrome pan, and a reportedly recently rebuilt B&M stall converter. The car has undergone modifications to the suspension and wheels. Accompanied by service photos, a spare tyre and one key.
