Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The 1975 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible represented one of the most significant luxury cars of its era, combining Cadillac’s then-modern front-wheel-drive platform with traditional American luxury. The Eldorado’s front-wheel-drive layout, introduced in 1967, was highly unusual among American luxury cars and helped establish the model as a technological flagship for the brand.
The 1971-1978 generation embraced dramatic styling, massive dimensions, and featured the legendary 500ci V8, making it one of the largest and most powerful production convertibles ever offered by an American manufacturer. In fact, when it comes to post-World War II American engine displacements, the Cadillac 500ci V8 is second in size only to the Dodge Viper SRT's 8.4L V10.
This 1975 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible is finished in red with a white convertible top and a red leather interior. Luxury features include a power convertible top, power windows, and a power split bench front seat. Under the hood, this Eldorado is equipped with the venerable Cadillac 500ci V8 mated to an automatic transmission. Additionally, this Eldorado also features power steering and power front disc/rear drum brakes.
