1977 Chevrolet SCOTTSDALE SCOTTSDALE

1977 Chevrolet Scottsdale K20 Squarebody 4x4. According to all paperwork and documentation, this is a 19,000-original-mile, highly original truck. Even the last oil change sticker in the door jamb helps validate the mileage. One of the most impressive aspects of this truck is the presence of factory chalk marks, which remain clearly visibleâ€"even the mark on the fan shroud from when antifreeze was checked at the factory. There are several other chalk marks and original decals still in place, along with an untouched undercarriage. We have not applied any undercoating or paint underneath. It is powered by a 350 V8 and still retains the factory AM radio in the dash, a 4-speed transmission, and even the original pedals and pedal covers, all showing the appropriate wear consistent with the documented mileage. Items that appear to have been replaced include the rear bumper, exhaust, tires, fuel tank, a few hoses under the hood, and the battery. Additional features include dog dish hubcaps, locking front hubs, trailering mirrors, and the yellow-striped 1977-only trim behind the cab. It is finished in a conventional two-tone scheme with a tan roof over Code 68 Russet Metallic paint. The SPID sheet properly identifies the truck, and it starts, runs, drives, and operates exactly as it should. For those questioning pricing, yes, this truck is valued at more than three times its original costâ€"but like homes from the 1970s now worth many times their purchase price, desirable items appreciate over time. We are proud to offer this exceptional exampleâ€"a true time capsule from a simpler era. It also presents an excellent blank canvas for customization, and we have a full inventory of era-correct accessories that are increasingly hard to find. If you’re looking to replicate a specific period build, we are happy to assist. Shipping is available anywhereâ€"please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
