Vehicle Description 1977 Volkswagen Westfalia $12,995 1977 VW Westfalia Camper – A Classic Project with Soul Clean Title in Hand Here’s your chance to bring a legend back to life. This 1977 Volkswagen Type 2 Westfalia Camper has all the charm and potential that made me fall for it as a bright-eyed 19-year-old. I dreamed of restoring it, road-tripping across the coast, and living that van life dream. But reality set in—I’m not mechanically inclined, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to give this classic the attention it deserves. The Good: Clean title, registration, and bill of sale in hand 71,914 miles Comes with previous owner’s repair records Was in solid running condition before I purchased it Westfalia camper setup still intact Covered during storage Has been sitting outside (under cover) for 2 years Hasn’t been started since purchase – I didn’t want to risk damage without a once-over Needs mechanical work to get going Considerable rust in spots I’ve neglected it, and it breaks my heart—but I want it to have a second life This isn’t just a van—it’s a rolling time capsule and a dream waiting for someone with the right skills, tools, and heart to bring it back to the road.
