1978 Cadillac Eldorado Custom Biarritz Classic Astroroof

This 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Custom Biarritz Classic spent time in Illinois before it was acquired by the seller’s father on BaT in July 2024, and ownership passed to the seller’s stepmother in 2026. Powered by a 425ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in Arizona Beige with Demitasse Brown Metallic accents over Antique Light Beige and Dark Saddle Sierra Grain leather. It also has a Light Beige partial landau roof, an Astroroof glass sunroof, Twilight Sentinel automatic headlights, power steering, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, and 15″ steel wheels with body-color covers in addition to automatic climate control, cruise control, power-adjustable Dual Comfort front seats, power windows and locks, and an AM/FM stereo with an eight-track tape player. This Eldorado Biarritz is offered at no reserve with factory literature and a Florida title in the name of the seller’s stepmother. All Eldorado Custom Biarritz Classic examples were finished in Arizona Beige (62) and then modified by American Sunroof Company with work including painting the hood and roof in Demitasse Brown Metallic (64), fitting a Light Beige partial landau roof with opera lamps, and applying interior headliner and rear window treatments. The trunk lid of this example was also painted brown, and additional details include brown pinstriping, an Astroroof glass sunroof, a power antenna, Twilight Sentinel automatic headlights, cornering lamps, remote-controlled side mirrors, and chrome bumpers. The front filler panels and bumper fillers are missing, and photos show peeling paint on the right-rear filler panel.
