DescriptionThe 1978 Corvette celebrated its 25th anniversary with a completely redesigned body that included new “fastback” styling, and also by offering a two tone Anniversary Edition trim option. The new wrap-around rear window provided much more space behind the seats but was not a hatchback. All corvettes this year came with special 25th anniversary badging, but only the optional “Anniversary Edition” included an exclusive Charcoal Silver/Charcoal Metallic two-tone paint job and special striping. This car is extremely clean, inside, outside and underside. The previous owner/collector meticulously maintained the car and it was always stored in a climate controlled building, so the undercarriage is as clean as the topside. The OEM tires have less than 500 miles on them, plus it has the optional L-82 engine and stainless steel brake calipers.
